Our Team
Meet the crew, get on board
My favorite part of being the founding owner of Harmony is collaborating with our team members and clients to create great projects.
I live in Alta with my husband Randy and our son, Dalton. Although I've lived in the Teton region for more than 20 years, I am still learning about and exploring this amazing place. Like so many, I came for a season and stayed for a lifetime. There isn't a place in the world where I'd rather be.

My career has focused on hydrology, hydraulics, and GIS analysis for flood modeling. After over two decades, I enjoy mentoring my colleagues and passing on what I’ve learned. I also like to help clients understand their risk near floodplains. I’m originally from Wisconsin and moved west to the Teton area after college in 1998. I maintain a connection to Wisconsin through family and continued work with the Department of Natural Resources. Idaho is home to me now, and I love spending time in the mountains skiing, biking, and paddling rivers.

I spent many years as a river guide in the Grand Canyon, the Middle Fork of the Salmon and elsewhere. Now I keep my skills in practice on the annual Harmony raft trip down the Snake River Canyon.

I feel fortunate that I chose Jackson as my home shortly after college. Initially, I loved Jackson because it is a fun place to live. In the subsequent decades, it has grown into a love for the sense of place and the community of people that are molding my children’s growth and influencing their childhood experiences in positive ways.

I enjoy most two main aspects of my work: 1) leveraging knowledge and tools to solve technical challenges and 2) satisfying clients by achieving their goals.
While I originally hail from Geneva, Switzerland, my family has lived in Jackson for over 50 years, and I’m grateful to continue that legacy raising a family and working in the valley. I am an avid angler, skier, snowboarder, and I cherish spending time outside with my wife and 2 kids.

As someone who spends a lot of time outdoors, I am most drawn towards projects involving water and the natural environment. In an ever changing world, it’s an exciting challenge to map water paths, whether it’s stormwater from a big rain event or floodplains of dynamic rivers, and design for it in a way that is harmonious to both the community and nature.
When I’m out of the office you can find me skiing on Teton Pass with my dog, mountain biking around the Big Holes, or testing out and improving in my latest endeavor, packrafting.

I came for a Summer, stayed for Winter, and live for the seasons in between.
Aaron discovered the outdoors when he moved to Bozeman, Montana in 2013 to attend the university, he continues to find new facets of exploration and adventure and can be found on or off trail gathering wild fruits and game, hiking, or skiing. When not outdoors he considers himself an amateur writer and storyteller, with multiple articles published in Outside Bozeman and the Treasure State Surveyor. His stories can be heard at the Valley of The Voices storytelling events.

I’ve always enjoyed being outdoors, and it’s quite spectacular to work with the Tetons as my daily backdrop.
I developed a love for the mountain west while taking summer trips to Glacier, Yellowstone, and Teton National Parks and winter trips to ski Grand Targhee from myhome state of Wisconsin. Since moving to the Teton Valley, I'veenjoyed living, working and recreating in the surrounding areas.

Aside from a passion for maps that led me into Land Surveying, I’m a recent sucker for ceramics, fishing and learning to ski powder.
